incorrectly. Pure Foxx's Returns Policy applies to products deemed faulty or not of acceptable quality
in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This Returns Policy does not apply to goods which have:
- Been opened, worn or used (due to hygiene reasons);
- Damaged after delivery;
- Products that have been dropped or broken;
- If any attempt has been made to alter the products;
- Products past their expiry date; or
- Products that have not been used in accordance with our recommended guidelines.
The longevity of wear of nail polish is not reflective of the product quality and is not deemed to be faulty. This is due to the varying
daily tasks that can impact nail polish adhesion and durability. Coverage, streakiness and chipping are also not considered faults.
