By purchasing from Pure Foxx, you agree to and are bound by these Terms of Conditions of Sale. You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions of Sale anytime at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale by posting updates and changes to our website.

All prices are in Australian dollars and prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted before freight/shipping costs and as at June 2023, are not inclusive of GST. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in our store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Please also note that we cannot exchange nail polish due to screen versus actual product colour variation. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.

We may accept or decline, in whole or in part, an order from you. Once an order is placed and payment has been received, it becomes binding from the moment we receive it. If cancelled due to "change of mind" before the order has been dispatched, a credit note will be issued for the amount of the order. We accept no responsibility for orders placed or queries made by person/s that mislead us to believe they act on your behalf.

All payments are processed in Australian Dollars and are completed prior to order dispatch.

The purchaser acknowledges that Pure Foxx accepts payments by means of Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) via Stripe and Pay Pal. All payments are processed immediately goods are shipped in accordance with our Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes.

We reserve the right to verify the validity of any promotional offer redeemed by you at any time. If we have reason to believe that there has been unauthorised use of a promotional offer or code, it is open to us to revoke the order and/or cancel your order at our discretion.

We cannot guarantee that our products will always be available on a continuous or uninterrupted basis. Whilst we endeavour to keep our stock levels up to date, there is a possibility the item you have ordered may be out of stock. In this instance Pure Foxx will contact you. We reserve the right to withdraw or change products anytime without notice.

We can only ship products within Australia. No international delivery is available. A postage charge is processed on all orders under the value of $50 within Australia. This fee may be changed without notice

From time to time, Pure Foxx may not be able to achieve the delivery time frames set out above. Pure Foxx is not liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.

Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of incorrect shipping details and parcels returned due to incorrect shipping information will incur extra shipping charges to resend.

You acknowledge that in the event that any failure on our part to deliver goods or services results from events beyond our control and that are not reasonably foreseeable, we are released from any liability or obligation to fulfill contractual agreements. These events could include pandemics, war, conflict, natural disasters, fire or flood, strikes or lack of delivery from our suppliers.

Please choose your colours carefully as we do not offer exchange or refunds for change of mind, order cancellation or products chosen incorrectly. Pure Foxx's Returns Policy applies to products deemed faulty or not of acceptable quality in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This Returns Policy does not apply to goods which have:

• Been opened, worn or used (due to hygiene reasons);
• Damaged after delivery;
• Products that have been dropped or broken;
• If any attempt has been made to alter the products;
• Products past their expiry date; or
• Products that have not been used in accordance with our recommended guidelines.

The longevity of wear of nail polish is not reflective of the product quality and is not deemed to be faulty. This is due to the varying daily tasks that can impact nail polish adhesion and durability. Coverage, streakiness and chipping are also not considered faults.
